For my students at the Rotterdam Conservatorium it often comes out that personal coaching becomes needed at the last 2 years of their education! Which is understandable because the first 2 years drumming students tend to be more focussed on their technical abbilities and musical skills, rather then worrying about their professional career after school! However, it has become more logical to use the last 2 years of their study to get their attention on the obvious question: "How are you planning to make a living in music?"

I've managed to create a program to prepare them for all aspects of their professional career. To be able to set goals and develop their own skills in solving problems I have to work on a monthly basis, one to one.
